Snapo engineers developed a patented technology that allows Snapo blocks to snap together sideways, top to bottom as well as slide and rotate

Yes, Snapo products have been evaluated by a certified toy testing laboratory for conformance to industry standards, including ASTM. All parts meet applicable safety standards for being non-toxic and non-magnetic. Age appropriate labels are included to inform possible choke hazard.

Q: Are Snapo blocks compatible with other brands?

Yes, Snapo products are compatible with some connective features on major brands.

Q: Can I wash Snapo blocks?

Yes, Snapo blocks can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water and they can be air dried.

Q: How are Snapo blocks made?

Snapo blocks are manufactured with a blend of plastic resins using an injection molding process.

Q: What are the flat clear white pieces for?

Snapo blocks connect on all sides plus slide and rotate. In some cases, you may want to stabilize a structure and prevent some blocks from sliding. In those applications, insert the clear white base plate into the bottom of the blocks. This will stabilize the structure and not allow those blocks to slide

Q: Are there mixed color Snapo sets?

All Snapo sets have multiple colors.

At present they come mixed as follows:

Red, White, Black

Blue, Yellow, Red

Green, Yellow, Brown

Pink, Purple, White

Every set has a dominant color (the first mentioned in each mix)

Q: How much does Shipping and Handling cost?

Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated according to the amount of products in your order, the address you want them delivered to and the time you select for them to arrive (ex: 1-5 days, 2-day air, net day...)

You don't need to finalize and submit an order to know the cost, the system will inform you on the process, but you will not have finalized your order until you have filled up the payment method and clicked the Submit order button.

In order to know the exact cost of Shipping and handling please:

- fill up the address where you want them shipped to

Q: How does Shipping work?

All Snapo items in stock get shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

In most cases they ship the next business day. And if your order is placed before 11.30 AM it can even be shipped the same day.

In every case, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail informing you of the date your order is being shipped and the tracking number for a follow up.

Q: How can I get FREE ground shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $70 when shipped by the carrier of our choice to a single address within the continental United States. Free Shipping excludes orders going to Alaska or Hawaii

Q: Can my order be delivered on Saturday or Sunday?

We ship all order from Monday to Friday, but even if you choose the fastest shipping method it is not possible to get it delivered on Sundays. Regarding deliveries on Saturdays, some couriers offer delivery options to most metropolitan postal codes. A specific Saturday delivery surcharge will apply. So we would ask you to contact us in advance to verify the possibility of doing it and the surcharge.

Q: Can I return Snapo products?

Yes, Snapo accepts returns. Please contact Snapo for instructions at info.play@snapo.com As guidelines: We accept unused unopened containers in their original packaging sent back within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We will refund the purchase, less 25% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the shipping the product back to Snapo.

Q: How do I get FREE GROUND shipping on my order?

Shipping is free on orders over $70 when shipped by the carrier of our choice to a single address within the continental United States. Free Shipping excludes orders going to Alaska or Hawaii.

Q: How fast is my order processed?

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed the same or following day, Monday through Friday during typical business hours. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, with the exception of holidays.

Q: When will my order ship?

All shipments leave Monday through Friday. Most shipments will leave within 1-3 days. If there are any known delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Q: What shipping options are available?

All shipments are sent by the ground service of our choice, unless otherwise requested. While we do offer express service, you may need to contact us before ordering to get a shipping quote.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Sorry, we currently do not ship to Canada, non-Continental US Territories, or Internationally.

Q: How will you ship my order?

We ship primarily through UPS and FedEx, however, some shipments may be shipped by US MAIL or motor freight carriers. DISCOUNT TRAILER reserves the option to choose the best carrier available at the time of shipment.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We do ship to Alaska & Hawaii. However, shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are excluded from our Free Freight offer. The UPS rate quoted during checkout is only an estimate and is subject to additional shipping charges that will be charged to your credit card. If you would prefer your Alaska or Hawaii order sent via Priority Mail please contact our Customer Service department: info.play@snapo.com.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We apologize but we are unable to ship to APO/FPO through our website at this time. If you would like to place an order and ship it to an APO/FPO address, we recommend having a friend or family member take delivery from us and forward it to you.

Q: Do you ship to Freight Forwarders?

No we do not. There are no exceptions.

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping is determined using UPS rate calculations. In some cases (Alaska, Hawaii), the rates may be inaccurate and we recommend contacting us prior to ordering. Shipments over 150 lbs. or dimensionally too large to go by UPS will be sent via LTL truck freight and will require a quote prior to processing.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. You can choose 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day service for an additional charge. The expedited shipping duration does not include the time to process your order. Please refer to the Shipping Estimate feature in your cart screen, after adding your items, to estimate the amount of your shipping cost. If actual shipping rates are higher than the what the cart quoted, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss any additional charges.

Q: Can I have my order sent to more than one address?

Each order can be sent to only one address. If you are purchasing several items to be shipped to different addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each different shipping address.

Q: Can I send an order to a country other than the United States?

Currently, we only ship to the 50 United States.
